Corporate social responsibility

Corporate social and environmental responsibility is an important part of Baker Tilly's operations. The company has always been responsible in conducting business, paying taxes, treating and protecting employees, being open, and interacting with suppliers and customers, businesses and local communities, local and national governments and public authorities.

Since 2013, we have actively begun to develop sustainable development services.

Based on our own experience and the experience of our clients, we can confirm that being socially and environmentally responsible, “green”, is not only good for the environment and others, but it also brings other financial and non-financial benefits for business when interacting at the local and international levels.

Baker Tilly has developed and implemented a number of measures as part of the Green Office program.

“Small Good Deeds” project

As part of the “Small Good Deeds” project, we support orphanages. Every Baker Tilly employee can personally help children: buy books for the library, take part in setting up a children's camp, prepare New Year's gifts. Children deserve joy and miracles. We cannot stand aside if we have a real opportunity to help.

For several years, Baker Tilly has supported the charity "Hope and Homes for Children", which strives to give every child a loving family.

Our employees help preserve the nature of Ukraine. In 2018, Baker Tilly activists built a bungalow in the Tuzlovsky Estuary Nature Reserve.
