Every member of the Baker Tilly team can avoid wasting time preparing breakfast. Every morning, everyone is treated to delicious treats at the corporate Inspiration Cafe: healthy oatmeal, delicious toast with jam, coffee, tea, and fruit.

Environmental responsibility in the modern world is no longer a fashionable trend, but a necessity that will help preserve our planet for future generations. Baker Tilly's Go Green policy involves the use of environmentally friendly materials in work, LED lighting throughout the office, collection and recycling of paper, batteries, and plastic.

Photo contest
Every year we organize a photo contest among our employees. This is a tradition at Baker Tilly, which has been going on for 10 years. The themes for the photos are chosen by vote among employees, and the 12 best works then decorate the pages of the corporate calendar.
Corporate events
Every year, Baker Tilly employees from all over Ukraine celebrate the company's birthday and New Year's Eve together. We also celebrate March 8th, October 14th, and organize a children's New Year's party and greetings for Children's Day.
Corporate social responsibility
Baker Tilly helps orphans as part of the "Small Good Deeds" project: employees buy books, organize recreational activities for children, and prepare gifts. For many years, we have supported "Hope and Homes for Children." Baker Tilly employees also care for Ukraine's environment—for example, in 2018, they built a bungalow in the "Tuzlovski Lymany" nature reserve.
