On 12 February 2009 in International Business Institute, a seminar “Modern issues of corporate management” took place.The seminar was attended by representatives of leading legal, consulting, construction companies, as well as companies doing their business in country’s financial sector.
Seminar participants outlined a number of specific issues and made an attempt to apply these issues to their own companies. Also they aimed at communicating and sharing the experience.
Alexandr Konovchenko, one of the partners of Baker Tilly Ukraine, made a speech named «Financial risk management for companies of non-financial sector». Disclosing this very topic, Alexandr presented an analytical research of Russian colleagues from Baker Tilly Russaudit. In conclusion, Alexandr gave replies to numerous questions of listeners.
