The master class of professionals was conducted on May 31, 2012 in Kiev

The master class of professionals "Raising investments for Ukrainian companies in the crisis period " which was organized by Concorde Capital, Baker Tilly Ukraine and Baker & McKenzie was conducted on May 31, 2012 in Kiev.

The project includes series of educational workshops, designed for Ukrainian business owners, top management and CFOs of Ukrainian business, in which participants are given the opportunity to obtain expertise, knowledge and advice of leading experts on financial markets for business in the most favorable terms.

On behalf of Baker Tilly Ukraine Alexander Pochkun and Gagik Nersesyan participated in master class. Alexander highlighted the need of conducting an audit and Due Diligence services, told what needs to be done expecting the investments. Also an Author of the Project & Managing Partner of Concorde Capital, Vitaly Strukov, Partners of Baker & McKenzie: Sergei Chorny and Vyacheslav Yakimchuk took part in Master-class. Speakers disclosed the topics of attracting long-term and short-term financing in the international banks, investment funds of direct investments (private equity), investment in capital markets and so on.
