Baker Tilly together with Deloitte presented project "Work & Study - dual education as the education of the future" at the Annual HR-Brand Award. What should be done by business competitors who see a big idea that can have a positive impact on society? Trying to implement it alone or creating a cool collaboration? For Baker Tilly and Deloitte the choice was obvious - because really big goals are achieved through a joint effort. Dual education is a trend that has proved its effectiveness in European countries 💪 Now it has come to Ukraine. So, we have a recipe that helps to reduce the gap between theorized university education and the real tasks of business. We are thankful to our partners, employees, colleagues, students and everybody who supported this idea and project. And we are proud that this project was recognized as one of the best and achieved an HR-Brand Award 2021.
