December 20, Managing Partner at Baker Tilly, Alexander Pochkun, took part in the meeting of advisers, organized by the EBRD in Ukraine, which was devoted to pricing in consulting.
The purpose of the meeting was to present and discuss pricing on the consulting services market, benchmark of consultants best practices, creating opportunities for communication, exchange of experience and news to a wide range of consultants.
Alexander Pochkun spoke about methods and problems of pricing in companies.
Also at the meeting, Veronica Verba, Vice-President on professional standards and methodology at Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants (IMC-Ukraine) presented a speech entitled "Pricing in consulting: Problems balance of value creation and costs incurred".
