Roustam Vakhitov, Partner, Head of Tax at Baker Tilly Ukraine, took part in a round table discussion on "Tax innovations: the need to improve the law on transfer pricing?", that was held on 26 September at the press center of the "Ukrainian News".
Leading experts on taxes and public finance discussed the law that took effect on September 1, "On Amending the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding transfer pricing", its value to business and budget, as well as changes to be made to the legislation for the effective functioning of the document.
